Step 5. You will receive program access information in your inbox within a minute or two. This will tell you how to access basic training and group coaching calls. All emails come from firstname.lastname@example.org. Not there? Check your “promotions” and spam folders just in case. You have access to the program for 3 months from the day of sign up.
Step 6. You will receive your first meal plan separately as a PDF file within one day of signing up. You will then receive a new meal plan on the regular delivery schedule, every two weeks on alternating Wednesdays for three months. You can also access the meal plans online (see instructions in your first meal plan email delivery). Meal plan produce selection follows the North American seasons. If you live in the Southern Hemisphere, email Brigitte to ask for the “Down Under” delivery schedule.
